In our telephone conversation yesterday, we discussed plans to our wedding at your pendopo galaksi, I want to confirm their plans.
The dates of the wedding are 30th of January. The hours is 09:00 a.m. to 21 p.m. on the 30th of January. Five hundred people will attend. We will need a total three rooms : one outdoor room and two smaller makeup room. we also want a large parking area.
As we discussed, we will need a microphone and speakers in the outdoor room, in the makeup room, we need two tables and some couches.
On January 30th, we will have a cetered lunch. I would appreciate you fix me a menu selection as soon as possible, but no later than Friday, December 20th.
I also appreciate receiving the projected costs for our one-day meeting, you do not need to include the cost of catering for lunch today. You can fax or e-mail me with 30st projected cost? I will give the final confirmation of our booking by close-of-business on the 30th of December.

Thank you for the December 16 letter expressing interest Pendopo Galaksi. The letter will confirm our next phone to discuss plans for your meeting.
We understand the company you want to order our conference facilities January 30 Five hundred people will attend your meeting. You will need a total of three rooms one outdoor room and two smaller makeup room. Parking place that we have is limited, but we provide valet parking. if you want a large parking area we advise you to rent separately outside the venue.
As you requested, we will provide a microphone and speaker in outdoor room and two tables, some chouches in the makeup room.
On January 30, we will provide a buffet lunch. The menu choices were faxed to you last Friday. Our delightful menu choices you one week before the conference.
As you requested, I faxed the projected costs last week. Once you decide on the necessary equipment and the type of lunch, we can complete a cost estimate.
